Who we are

Quix Studio operates quixstudio.net, a store selling premium Webflow website templates. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. Contact us anytime at quix.webstudio@gmail.com

Information we collect

Purchase information: name, email address, billing address, and transaction history - collected and processed by our payment provider, Polar.sh, at checkout.
Contact information: any details you send us directly (e.g., via email) for support.
Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited, browser type, and general location, collected automatically when you browse quixstudio.net, used to improve the site.
Cookies: small files used for site functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended.

How we use your information

To process and deliver your template purchase
To respond to support requests
To send purchase confirmations, receipts, and license/download access
To send occasional product updates, where you've opted in
To improve our website and template offerings

Payment processing

All payments are handled by Polar.sh, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our sales. This means Polar - not Quix Studio - is the seller of record on your receipt, and Polar is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST on your purchase. We do not store your card details on our own servers; this data is handled directly by Polar under its own privacy policy (available at polar.sh).

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

Polar.sh (payment processing, tax compliance, order/license delivery)
Service providers who help us run the website (e.g., hosting, email, analytics)
Authorities, where required by law

Data retention

We retain purchase and support records for as long as necessary to fulfill legal, accounting, or support obligations.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights regarding data we hold, email quix.webstudio@gmail.com. For data held by Polar as Merchant of Record (e.g., billing/tax records), you may also need to contact Polar directly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.

What We Offer

Quix Studio sells:

Individual Webflow templates - one-time purchase, priced per template
Lifetime All-Access - a one-time payment granting access to all current and future templates in our library

Checkout & Payment Provider

All purchases are processed through Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record. Polar handles payment processing, receipts, applicable sales tax/VAT, and appears as the seller on your billing statement. By purchasing, you also agree to Polar's own terms of service (available at polar.sh).

Account & Purchases

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information at checkout.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access instructions/download links via email or the Polar customer portal.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share purchased templates or their source files outside the terms of our License
Use the site or templates for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of quixstudio.net

Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, graphics, and site content remain the intellectual property of Quix Studio unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a template grants you a license to use it —it does not transfer ownership or copyright. See our License Agreement for full details.

Availability & Changes

We may update, discontinue, or modify templates, pricing, or the Lifetime All-Access offering at any time. Customers who already purchased a template retain access to that version as licensed at time of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Templates are provided "as is." Quix Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our templates or website, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Quix Studio's place of operation, without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights you may have in your own jurisdiction, and without affecting the separate terms under which Polar.sh acts as Merchant of Record for payment processing.

Because Quix Studio sells digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so the following applies.

All purchases are processed by Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record — refunds are issued through Polar back to your original payment method.

Eligible for Refund

We will consider a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

The template is defective and cannot be reasonably fixed or replaced by our support team
You were charged in error or duplicate-charged for the same product
The template significantly fails to match its public description/preview

Not Eligible for Refund

Change of mind after downloading/accessing the template
Lack of technical skill to implement the template (we offer support instead — see below)
Compatibility issues with third-party tools not disclosed as supported
Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
Any request for the Lifetime All-Access plan after template files have been downloaded

How to Request a Refund

Email quix.webstudio@gmail.com with your order number/receipt (or reach out via the Polar customer portal link in your confirmation email) and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Polar back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Support Instead of Refunds

For most issues (setup questions, minor bugs, customization help), we prefer to fix the problem rather than issue a refund. Reach out first — we're happy to help.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved faster directly with us or through Polar's support.

When you purchase a template from Quix Studio (via Polar.sh), you are granted a license to use, not ownership of the underlying design/code. The following terms apply to every purchase unless a specific product page states otherwise.

What You CAN Do

We will consider a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

Use the purchased template to build one live website, for yourself or for a single client project
Customize, modify, and rebrand the template freely for that project
Use the template for commercial purposes (e.g., a client's business site, your own SaaS, agency work)
Purchase the Lifetime All-Access plan to use any current or future template across multiple personal or client projects, subject to the "no resale/redistribution" rule below

What You CANNOT Do

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the raw template files (as a template, theme, or starter kit) to any third party
Upload the template — modified or unmodified — to any other template marketplace, free or paid
Claim the original template design as your own original creation for resale purposes
Use a single-template purchase across multiple unrelated end products (each additional project requires its own license, unless covered by Lifetime All-Access)

Attribution

No attribution/credit to Quix Studio is required on your finished website.

Support & Updates

Purchased templates may receive minor bug-fix updates. Major redesigns are treated as new templates and are not covered under a prior purchase.

License Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access for any purchase found in violation of this license (e.g., redistribution or resale of source files), without refund.
